Voluntary accessibility statement — Last updated: July 2026

Tennis Club Pinzolo A.s.d. is committed to making its website accessible to all users, regardless of their physical, sensory or cognitive abilities. This statement is issued <strong>on a voluntary basis</strong>, as small amateur sports associations are not subject to the obligations of Law 4/2004 (Stanca Law) or Legislative Decree 82/2022 (European Accessibility Act).

1. Reference Standard

Our website has been designed with the aim of complying with the <strong>Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1</strong> at level <strong>AA</strong>, as indicated by the European standard <strong>EN 301 549 v3.2.1</strong>.

Measures adopted:

  • Semantic HTML — Use of appropriate HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, section, article, footer) to ensure a logical page structure
  • Keyboard navigation — All content and features are reachable via keyboard (Tab, Enter, Escape, arrow keys)
  • Skip link — "Skip to main content" link on every page to bypass navigation
  • Alternative text — All images have a descriptive <code>alt</code> attribute in the current language
  • Colour contrast — Contrast ratios compliant with AA level (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Visible focus — Clearly visible focus indicator (<code>:focus-visible</code>) on all interactive elements
  • Reduced motion — Animations respect the <code>prefers-reduced-motion</code> operating system preference; AOS library is disabled and all transitions are reduced to zero
  • Form labels — All form fields have associated labels (<code>label</code>) via the <code>for</code> attribute
  • ARIA attributes — Use of <code>aria-label</code>, <code>aria-expanded</code>, <code>aria-modal</code>, <code>aria-live</code> and <code>role</code> where necessary
  • Touch target sizes — Clickable areas of at least 44&times;44 pixels for touch devices
  • Responsive design — The site works on all devices without loss of information or functionality
  • Zoom — Content remains readable and functional with up to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling
  • Print stylesheet — Dedicated CSS styles for printing that hide navigation and interactive elements, showing only essential content
  • High contrast mode — Support for Windows High Contrast mode (forced-colors) with automatically adapted borders and colours
  • Multilingual — Site available in 9 languages with correct <code>lang</code> attribute on every page and <code>hreflang</code> tags for search engines
